"Every intentional act is a magical act. Even the smallest action has a spin-off effect that travels out into the universe"
Richard Rudd, The Gene Keys

My Philosophy

How we move and act in this world determines what kind of world we are creating and leaving behind when we transition.
We either move softly and gently or in a fast and furious way. It seems that the latter is playing out at a major scale currently.
How does one navigate this "reality" with Grace?

A coming back to the sacred

Cultivating a deeper connection with the world around us
I am obsessed with natural handmade products. I find they possess a unique charm and character that the mass-produced items lack. Equally passionate about supporting local artisans and their craft. I am forever seeking to connect with the "small guys" and small communities. By promoting sustainable practices, we preserve and honour the traditional methods of production. We become advocates for the acknowledgement of the inherent value and beauty found in nature's creations, and the conscious choices we make to honor and protect them.

The Healing Power of Music
Music is healing. The Chinese are some of the first people to realise this. Did you know the letter for Music and Medicine are similar? Music has the power to evoke memories, calm the mind, energize the body, and provide solace during difficult times. By immersing ourselves in the enchanting world of music, we can tap into its therapeutic qualities and experience its profound effects on our mental, emotional, and even physical states. Music is a universal language that can unite and heal us, offering peace, inspiration, and self-expression.
I use the healing energy of music with all candles I make.

The Power of Ceremonial Candles
The act of lighting a candle symbolises illumination, purification, and the invocation of positive energy. By incorporating candles into our lives in a reverent and ceremonial way, we acknowledge the power of symbolism and ritual, bringing a sense of sacredness and intentionality to our spiritual practices.
All these elements serve as gateways to deeper connections with nature, ourselves, and the spiritual realms. By embracing and using them in a respectful way, we invite beauty, harmony, and transformative experiences into our lives.
Time to go back to basics and honour the forgotten art of being in communion with the ALL that IS.
