Refunds & Exchanges
Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your ceramics are packed and shipped carefully, accidents can happen during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please take pictures and send the details to me ASAP via email:
To organise a refund, you must send me all details via email within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
Refunds are subject to my agreement. Upon agreement, I will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back. The product must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in its original packaging.
Because all items on mamools are unique, there are no exchanges. Instead, please use the refund to choose another item.
Change of mind
You can cancel your order any time prior to dispatch as long as it's reasonable and I'm able to do so. You will receive a full refund.
After dispatch there are no refunds or exchanges if you've changed your mind.
There are no refunds or exchanges for commissions. All commissions are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
